Onboarding – Welcome to the team!

Your first day begins with Rudi’s onboarding session – you’ll learn everything essential about who we are, how we work, and what our values are. We’ll show you where to find key information about benefits, vacations, attendance, and our internal systems.
After the meeting, you’ll join your team for lunch and get to meet the people you’ll be working most closely with.

During your probation period, you’ll have a buddy – a colleague who will help you get oriented and guide you through everything you need to know. On your first day, you’ll mostly set up your accesses, logins, and all the basics you need to get started.

First Week – Learning by doing

The first days might feel a bit like a dive into deep water – but don’t worry, your buddy is right there with you. You’ll start with simpler tasks to understand how we do things, while also exploring our documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.

There’s quite a lot to take in – information, data, internal abbreviations (we have a lot of those – even summarized in an excel sheet for newcomers!).

First 3 Months – From newcomer to team member

After your first month, we’ll have a short feedback meeting. We want to know how you feel, what’s working well, what’s missing, and what could be improved.

After three months, the feedback goes both ways – this time, you’ll receive feedback from us. It’s not a formal evaluation but rather an open conversation about your progress and what comes next.

By the end of the probation period, most people work quite independently – of course, you’ll still be learning, but you’ll already have the essentials down. Everyone has their own pace, but after three months, you should feel like a true part of Sensoneo – not just “the new colleague.”
