DevOps Engineer / Application Administrator

As a key part of our team, you’ll take the lead in optimizing development, deployment, and operational processes, combining your expertise in system administration with a deep understanding of DevOps principles. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain software applications, driving seamless performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Continuously monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality, reliability and availability
- Troubleshoot, analyse and solve issues within internal platform provided to our customers
- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services (Azure)
- Maintain the infrastructure and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and resilient systems
- Provide support for development, testing, and production environments
- Work closely with development teams (3rd level support) and 1st level support team
- Maintain performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
What we’re looking for
- Experience as Application Admin / DevOps Engineer or in a similar 2nd level support role
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI…)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure – preferred)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools and principles (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack…)
