IT Project Manager

As a IT Project Manager, you’ll join a team that builds innovative solutions with real-world impact. We work on projects that matter, ones that make cities cleaner and operations smarter. You’ll have space to grow, experiment, and contribute your expertise to something meaningful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create project plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
  • Closely cooperate with the SCRUM master on a daily basis
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure alignment with the approved project plan
  • Monitor project progress and adapt the plan as needed
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Track performance metrics and prepare project status reports
  • Make decisions within the context of the project, including changes to scope, timelines, and resource allocation, in cooperation with the SCRUM Master
  • Report to the Head of Delivery

Team management

  • Lead a cross-functional team, including software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Hold or participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on next steps
  • Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
  • Act as a point of contact for team members for project-related queries and concerns

Client interaction

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
  • Resolve client issues by acting as a liaison between the client and the project team
  • Facilitate client meetings for project kick-offs, status updates, and reviews

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experienced in IT project management practices
