As a key part of our team, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our cloud-based DRS applications meet customer requirements and drive business value.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements specific to DRS
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog (from a business perspective) in JIRA to maximize product value together with the dedicated Project Manager
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and effective delivery of product increments
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct regular knowledge sharing with your peers
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams at Sensoneo
- Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements
- Make decisions within the context of the project, including changes to scope, timelines, and resource allocation, in cooperation with the SCRUM Master
- Report to the Head of Delivery
Team Management:
- Lead collaboration efforts among software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
- Hold or participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on next steps
- Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for team members for project-related queries and concerns
Client Interaction:
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
- Resolve client issues by acting as a liaison between the client and the project team
- Facilitate client meetings for project kick-offs, status updates, and reviews
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of SCRUM methodology and agile principles
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project and backlog management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with cloud-based applications and services
- Familiarity with API integration and BPMN processes is a plus
- Fluent English
- SCRUM certification (CSPO, CSM) is an advantage
Salary:
- starting from 2300€ (depending on experience)
