As a key part of our team, you’ll lead and manage our DRS software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive project plan, including timelines and milestones
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
- Closely cooperate with the SCRUM master on a daily basis
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure alignment with the approved project plan
- Monitor project progress and adapt the plan as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Track performance metrics and prepare project status reports
- Make decisions within the context of the project, including changes to scope, timelines, and resource allocation, in cooperation with the SCRUM Master
- Report to the Head of Delivery
Team Management:
- Lead a cross-functional team, including software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
- Hold or participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on next steps
- Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for team members for project-related queries and concerns
Client Interaction:
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
- Resolve client issues by acting as a liaison between the client and the project team
- Facilitate client meetings for project kick-offs, status updates, and reviews
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experienced in IT project management practices
Salary:
- starting from 2300€ (depending on experience)
