Test web applications, create test cases and uncover the bugs

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to work on deposit return scheme. You will be a part of the team but should be able to work independently as well and take responsibility. The position requires being able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Pro-active approach is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Waste management web applications testing using both manual and automated testing tools available
  • Create and execute test cases using both manual and automation techniques, and report the bugs that happened during this process
  • Collaborate with fellow developers in a friendly way to make the product better by preventing bugs
  • Closely work with the Product Owners and Business Analyst on the definition user stories
  • Execute regression, exploratory, user acceptance testing on various test environments
  • Integrate automated tests into the continuous delivery process
  • Work with tools and frameworks: JIRA, Xray, Confluence, Playwright (C#), Azure DevOps, HTML

What we expect

  • experience with:
    -testing web services and/or Rest API
    -manual and automated software testing techniques
    -any automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium etc.)
  • lifecycle management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • detail-oriented person
  • out-of-the-box thinking
  • solid communication and documentation skills
  • ISTQB certificate is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is 2000 euro. The final offer will depend on your experience and qualifications.
